I have been connected to the Internet since 1994. My first computer was a 386sx PC that connected at the blazing hot speed of 2400 baud. I remember how thrilled I was to upgrade it to a 9600 baud modem. The dot matrix printer made such a cool sound when it was working. Sounded like something exciting was happening in my home just like I had often seen in the great thriller movies of the 70's. Things have evolved in computer technology since that time but we still get online for the same things; information, connection, entertainment distraction, and porn. We can just now access such things at a much faster rate thanks to broadband internet connections.
So what do we do with this amazing connection? Many people enjoy blogging. So if everyone else can do it the bar is set low enough for me to give it a shot. I am not sure how often I will do this because with ADHD I have issues with focusing on anything over the long-term. tonight I have a date with PanSTARRS. I have my camera and telescope ready to go. Fingers crossed that I will get some good shots on the memory card.
